Linemen from OMU visited the 3rd graders and brought “Power Town” to show them how electricity runs through power lines and how to stay safe in the event that power lines ever fall.
The 1st grade students had the opportunity to teach their peers about a subject that interests them. Tanner built a volcano that erupted and Jaydon connected a series of circuits to make music. All the talents were very interesting and fun to learn about.

The 3rd grade enjoyed a field trip to the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden and Science Museum.

After visiting classrooms Fr. Brandon stopped on his way out and played jump rope and hula hoop with some students.
Volunteer and parent, Stephanie Frey, organizes a weekly Academic “Brain Quest” Bowl with Kindergarten Transition students. Students must work cooperatively in groups to come up with answers to questions from all academic areas.
